How to cancel.

The cancellation flow is the same number of steps as sign-up. We do not require a phone call. We do not ask “are you sure?” three times. We do not require you to wait for business hours.

  1. Sign in. Go to soliawall.com/account and sign in with a magic-link email. No password required.
  2. Open Subscription. From the account dashboard, click Subscription. You will see the next billing date, the amount, and a Cancel button.
  3. Click Cancel. One click. Effective immediately. You will receive an email confirmation within 30 seconds. The wall stays viewable; new uploads pause.

Step 01

The wall stays viewable

Everything you have already added — photos, videos, voicemails, tributes — remains accessible at the same URL. The plaque QR code continues to work. We do not delete content for non-payment.

Step 02

Premium features pause

New uploads, new contributor invitations, expanded media types, and advanced privacy controls pause when the current billing period ends. You retain full access to everything already added.

Step 03

No further charges

No partial-month charges, no cancellation fees, no surprise renewals. The next email you receive from us will be the cancellation confirmation. After that, nothing — unless you choose to reactivate.

Step 04

Reactivation is one click

If you ever want premium features back, sign in and click Reactivate. No need to re-upload anything. No need to talk to anyone.

When is my card first charged?
When you purchase the plaque, then on the same date each month. Before each renewal we email you a reminder 7 days before and 1 day before, each with the date, amount, and a one-click cancel link.
What does the $29.95/month cover?
Hosting for one digital tribute wall — unlimited photos, videos, voicemails, written tributes, and contributor seats. It also covers the music feature, accessibility text-to-speech, and ongoing software maintenance. Plaques themselves are a one-time purchase ($77+) and carry a separate manufacturer warranty against defects.
Can I pause instead of cancel?
Yes. From the subscription dashboard, you can pause for 1, 3, or 6 months. The wall stays viewable during the pause; uploads resume when the pause ends. We do not charge during a pause.
What if a charge fails?
We email you within 24 hours, then retry the payment up to 3 times over 7 days. On day 8, if the payment still fails, the subscription is paused. The wall stays viewable at the basic tier — we never delete content for missed payment.
What if I see a charge I don’t recognize?
Email support@soliawall.com within 60 days. We respond within one business day and, if the error is confirmed, refund within 3 business days. You retain your right to dispute through your card issuer, but we ask you to contact us first so we can resolve it directly.
What if I want to take my data with me?
Sign in and click “Export wall.” We email you a ZIP of every photo, video, voicemail, and tribute within 5 business days. There is no charge for this and it is available before or after cancellation. See the Data Rights page for the full procedure.
