1. What this page is for
This page is the formal channel for submitting privacy rights requests under United States state privacy laws (CCPA / CPRA and equivalents) and under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Use it to request:
- A copy of the personal information we hold about you ("right to know" / "access")
- Correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion of your personal information
- Opt-out of sale or sharing (note: we do not sell or share, but you may confirm this defensively)
- Opt-out of profiling and automated decision-making
- Limitation on the use of sensitive personal information
- A data portability export of your account and memorial wall content
- Appeal of a denied request
2. How to submit a request
Choose any one of the following:
Option A — Email (preferred)
Email support@soliawall.com from the email address associated with your account. Subject line: "Privacy Rights Request — [type]". Include:
- Your full name
- State or country of residence
- Type of request (access, correction, deletion, opt-out, portability, appeal)
- Order number, if known
- Whether you are submitting on behalf of someone else (authorized agent, parent / guardian)
- A description of your request

Call +1 (217) 796-2316 Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern. We will take down your request and email you a confirmation with a request ID within 1 business day.
3. How we verify your identity
To protect your information, we verify the identity of every requester before fulfilling a request. We use:
- For most requests: we send a verification email to the address on file with your account; clicking the link in that email completes verification
- For sensitive requests (deletion of an account with significant content, export of media files): we may additionally request order details (last four digits of payment method, recent order number) or a photo ID for high-risk requests
- For authorized agents: we require signed written authorization from the consumer plus separate confirmation from the consumer directly
- For parents / guardians: we require proof of guardianship and identification
4. Response time
We respond within 45 calendar days of receiving and verifying a request. For complex requests, we may extend the response time by up to 45 additional days (90 days total) with notice of the extension.
If we deny your request in whole or in part, we will explain the reason and inform you of your right to appeal.
5. Fees
There is no charge for the first two privacy rights requests in any 12-month period. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for additional or excessive requests, as permitted by applicable law.
6. Right to appeal
If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing support@soliawall.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Appeal — [request ID]". A senior member of the privacy team will review the appeal and respond within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, we will provide you with information about how to file a complaint with your state's Attorney General or, for EU/UK residents, the relevant data protection authority.
