Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
We ship Solia Wall plaques worldwide. The plaque is small (2.5″ × 2.5″, 14 grams), so international shipping is straightforward and affordable. We currently ship to over 100 countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and most of Latin America. 2. Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free worldwide on orders of $77 or more. Smaller standalone orders (keychains, wallet cards) ship at a flat rate. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Order processing time
Standard orders are inspected and packed within 3 business days of receiving the order. Orders placed Friday after 12 p.m. Eastern Time, on weekends, or on US federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Total delivery time
- Standard: typically 5 to 7 business days from order date
- 2-day: typically 5 business days from order date (3 processing + 2 in transit)
- Overnight: typically 4 business days from order date (3 processing + 1 in transit)
For time-sensitive delivery — Father's Day, Mother's Day, a specific anniversary — please reach out to support@soliawall.com within 24 hours of order so we can confirm or adjust timing.
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking is provided through USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the carrier we use for your destination. You may also view tracking from your account dashboard.
6. Lost, damaged, or undelivered packages
If a package is shown as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors and at safe drop-off locations near your address. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@soliawall.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, ship a replacement at no charge.
If the plaque arrives damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging, photograph the damage, and contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
7. Address corrections
Once an order has shipped, address corrections may be possible at the discretion of the carrier and may incur additional carrier fees. We will pass these fees through to the customer if charged. Please contact support@soliawall.com as soon as possible if you need an address change after order placement.
8. Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. We collect and remit sales tax in all states where we have nexus, in accordance with state and local tax laws (Wayfair-style economic nexus rules). The tax rate displayed at checkout is the rate applicable to your destination.
9. International orders — customs & duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes assessed by the destination country at delivery. These charges are not collected by Solia Wall at checkout; they are billed by the carrier or customs authority directly to the recipient. The plaque is classified for customs as "non-precious metal memorial article, HS code 8306.29" — typically below de minimis thresholds in most countries.
Solia Wall is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import licensing, or destination-country postal processing. If a package is refused at customs by the recipient, return shipping fees may apply.
Pricing on this site is shown in USD. Your card issuer will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of authorization; the displayed checkout total in your local currency is an estimate.
